An opportunity to take on a graduate role within our Complex Facilities Public Estates Team is now available. The role is varied and will allow the opportunity to work across assurance, compliance, quality, and energy disciplines while getting to better understand the technical statutory and mandatory delivery requirements of the Facilities Management Industry.

Throughout your Graduate programme, you will receive first-class mentoring and a structured learning and development programme to enable your professional and personal development. We'll also support and pay towards a relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

* Providing support to Commercial Managers that help them perform their duties quickly and accurately
* Preparing Subcontract Orders and submit for processing
* Reviewing Application for Payment from subcontractors and preparing Payment Notices on a monthly basis
* Assisting in updating and managing reactive tasks in partnership with the Operations Team
* Preparing Paymech Reports
* Assisting in asset condition surveys, to enable effective decision making and goal setting
* Communicating with clients to cultivate and maintain good relationships
* Assist in the delivery of commercial best practice with risk, change, cost, and value management.
* Be pro-active in identifying the existence of all variations (changes) to the works in conjunction with other Commercial team members
* Managing variations (changes) to the Contracts in conjunction with other Commercial team members and Project Managers.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource, and process management

We Want To Hear From You If You Have

* Minimum 2:2 Degree in the following disciplines: engineering, project management, quantity surveying or business related degrees
* Available to join the programme in September 2026
* Due to this role involving visiting client sites, it is essential that you have a full UK Driving Licence.
* Positive 'can‐do' attitude
* Effective team player
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Excel and Word essential
* Excellent communication skills – Written and oral
* High level of motivation and initiative; self-starter
* Excellent organisation skills and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities
* Confident in engaging with and managing stakeholders
