You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards across accuracy, efficiency, and health & safety. The role involves hands-on leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse operations including picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives Allocate and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity Monitor performance and resolve operational issues Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time Maintain compliance with SOPs and quality standards Train and develop team members Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations Identify and implement process improvements Maintain health & safety compliance across the warehouse Ensure a clean and organised working environment Produce KPI reports on productivity and performance Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor Strong understanding of warehouse operations Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines Skills & Attributes Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organisation and time management High attention to detail Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure Experience using warehouse systems and reporting tools Good understanding of health & safety regulations Package & Benefits £32,000 - £35,000 depending on hours worked £15.25 per hour option Overtime available Long-term opportunity Career progression
