Overview
Provide general administrative support across the MindMate Single Point of Access (MMSPA) service in Leeds and act as the first point of contact for families, young people and professionals by phone, email and in person.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact by phone, email and in person
* Manage referrals and service documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
* Respond to and direct enquiries from families and professionals
* Support appointment booking, scheduling and general service coordination
* Maintain databases, carrying out data quality checks and cleansing activities
* Manage office systems, records and general housekeeping tasks
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism
* Support managers and colleagues with a range of administrative tasks
Qualifications and Experience
* 2+ years experience in an administrative role within a busy environment
* Highly organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping skills
* Clear communication with people at all levels
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
* Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding
* Proactive, solution‑focused approach
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
* Experience in a mental health, health, charity or care setting welcome but not essential
Benefits
* 35 hours per week (part‑time 28 hours and above considered)
* Salary £25,400 – £27,560 FTE (depending on experience)
