Our client, a global tech company, is hiring for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role requires good knowledge of Salesforce and is a 100% remote position in the UK.
Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage tactical execution tasks of communication partnerships’ programs, including partner onboarding, MDF, and partner payouts for various incentives.
2. Manage support tickets and escalations from partners, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
3. Assist in organizing and streamlining regular communications to partners, including surveys, marketing announcements, product updates, and pilot/research requests.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve and troubleshoot technical issues for partners.
5. Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding operational and sales-related issues.
6. Provide an excellent partner experience through timely follow-up, regular communication, and visibility within WA; act as the partner champion.
Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently supporting operational tasks.
* Experience interacting with cross-functional partners and unblocking tasks.
* Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management.
* Strong communication skills with experience sharing insights to varied audiences and senior management.
* Passionate about problem-solving and in-depth issue analysis.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach.
* Experience working cross-functionally, prioritizing projects, and managing multiple stakeholders.
