We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while managing a team of production staff.
First line Supervisor responsible for leading teams in the High Risk & Despatch areas to produce our outstanding quality of the products ensuring compliance with standards and policies while always pursuing and promoting continuous improvement.
Location:Bristol, BS10 ( Brentry)
Hours:Monday to Thursday 1200-2100
Pay:£15.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Main Duties:
* Schedule and organise staffing to deliver on planned production volumes
* Responsible for the operational performance in your area by ensuring the production plan is attained in the time and costs targets while maintaining high quality standards
* Motivate and develop team members to ensure processes are followed and maximise performance
* Ensuring a safe working environment for all
* Responsible for the traceability of the products within your area (use of raw material, semi-finished goods and waste)
