Hours: 4 On 4 Off, 07:00 – 19:00

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or LGV Fitter to join a well-established workshop in Trafford Park. This 4 on 4 off shift pattern provides excellent work-life balance while working on a variety of HGVs, LGVs, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain HGVs and commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
* Complete job cards, service records, and compliance documentation accurately
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop workflow
* Engage in ongoing training and technical development
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
* Proven experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or LGV Fitter
* Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* HGV Class 1 licence
* Experience with Scania or main dealer vehicles
* Positive, team-focused attitude
