About the Role We're seeking a dynamic Change Manager to drive adoption and maximise value from our AI Transformation Programme with a major local government client. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the human side of AI transformation, ensuring our cutting-edge solutions are successfully adopted and deliver maximum value to council services and residents. Working closely with project managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders, you'll develop and implement comprehensive change strategies that address the cultural, process, and organisational impacts of AI implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced change professional to make a significant impact in the growing field of AI transformation within the public sector. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for AI transformation programmes Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans across all levels of client organisations Design and deliver communications campaigns across multiple channels to articulate AI capabilities, benefits, and adoption roadmaps Create training plans and materials to support user adoption of AI solutions Establish and support networks of change champions within client organisations Track and report on adoption metrics and benefits realisation Manage resistance and develop mitigation strategies for transformation challenges Conduct business readiness assessments and change impact analyses for affected business areas Support the development of new operating models based on AI capabilities Work with project and technical teams to align change activities with solution delivery Create post-implementation support mechanisms to ensure sustainable adoption Manage the transition from project to business-as-usual operations Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years in Change Management roles Strong understanding of change management methodologies Experience developing and implementing communications strategies for technology adoption Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to executive leadership Experience in benefits tracking and realisation for technology programmes Experience developing and delivering training programmes for technology adoption What We Offer Flexible and remote working options.
