Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Mental Health Nurse to join our Adult Eating Disorders Day Care Service. This is a full time role, based at our main service hub at the Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford. The post holder will join well-established outpatient and day care facilities for working age adults with moderate to severe eating disorders. The successful applicant will become an integral member of the Adult Eating Disorders Day Care team and will provide specialist intensive treatment to adults (18 years +) with moderate to severe eating disorders and co-existing mental health needs.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to assessments, keywork provision, MDT meetings, handovers, physical health monitoring, risk management, care planning, meal supervision, group co-facilitation, and audit.
Eligibility
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the role.
