You'll join a dynamic team of specialists delivering expert-level support to over 150 Opera customers, with a clear progression path and full training provided. You will need: A solid understanding of accounting principles and processes. Experience with accounting software such as Pegasus Opera, Sage 50/200, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills with a client-centric mindset. Ability to deliver support via phone, remote tools, and occasionally on-site. Organised and detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn. This role is ideal if you're looking to cross-train into Pegasus Opera (full remote training and mentoring provided), or if you're already experienced in Opera and want to step into a more senior position with higher earning potential. You'll be responsible for delivering top-tier application support, logging and resolving support queries, delivering remote consultancy and training, and assisting with product testing, documentation, and process enhancements.
