Your Role
As a Bartender, you’ll be the storyteller behind the bar—crafting drinks with flair, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for stylish, social experiences. Whether it’s a quiet nightcap or a buzzing Friday night, you’ll bring energy, elegance, and expertise to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Create and serve a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
2. Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and a touch of theatre.
3. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually stunning bar area.
4. Share your knowledge of ingredients, pairings, and seasonal specials.
5. Support the wider F&B team during service and events.
6. Handle transactions and guest feedback with professionalism and charm.

Ideal Candidate
22. Previous experience in a high-end bar, lounge, or hotel setting.
23. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar trends.
