What you'll be doing: As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting our pupils' academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing in-class support to individuals on a 1:1 basis and small groups across various subjects. * Assisting the class teacher in preparing engaging lessons and classroom resources. * Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment. * Supporting pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy activities. * Assisting with behaviour management and promoting good social skills. * Contributing to the overall well-being and safeguarding of all pupils.
