Up to £29,000 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Based at our gorgeous dockside offices in Preston, Lancashire.
What will you be doing in this role?
As a Complaints Advisor you will help manage our complaints process, liaising with customers, supporting managers during investigations and making sure all cases are handled fairly and consistently.
You'll be part of our Service Improvement Team, who lead on management of the complaints process and drive better performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction across the organisation.
