A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join my clients team in their Battle, East Sussex offices. Roles & Responsibilities: • Support Fee Earner in management of secretarial workload • Typing up dictation (audio-typing) • File Management • Managing file related queries by phone, email or face to face • Ensure all clients are provided for efficiently and professionally • Assist with general office admin • Undertake photocopying/filing/faxing etc as required • Ensure all internal policies an procedures are followed Skills & Experience: Admin/Secretarial experience essential.
