Responsibilities
* Managing documentation and ensuring they are correct and retained in compliance with the company's/project’s procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number, filing, recovery, and the issue of documents to the Principal Documentation control specialist for formal checking and release.
* Assisting in the preparation of the NPI project document list, periodically updating and issuing the document list as well as attending NPI Cadence Meetings to give progress updates to NPI Document activities.
* Contributing to process enhancements related to document management control and applying the document management system efficiently.
* Following the documentation control management system and document controls process.
Qualifications
* HNC/HND (or equivalent) qualification in Engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and understanding of core engineering principles.
* 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
* Skilled in the use of key software tools, including Microsoft Office, SAP, SolidWorks (3D CAD), AutoCAD (2D CAD), and Windchill.
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive positive change within a technical environment.
