Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or a sales professional eager to break into the construction sector, we want to hear from you.
The Role
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients within the construction industry.
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles ranging from trades and labour to project management and executive positions.
* Negotiating contracts, fees, and terms of business.
* Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
About You
* Experienced in recruitment (construction or technical recruitment experience is a plus).
* Confident in building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
* Excellent at communication and negotiation.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
