FITNFIX Plumbing with our Beckenham based office and plumber team carrying out mainly small domestic repair and install jobs in SE London. Our office is next to the Clockhouse station - this is a hub where we organise jobs, materials, have team meetings and occasional downtime.

Role description

We are looking for proactive Office Manager to carry out diary management for team of 4 engineers. Your duties will include dealing with all manner of customer enquiries, organising company day to day schedule, maintaining order sheet, overtime and holidays sheets. Invoicing and entry level book keeping. Marketing such as social posts, blogs. Office maintenance.

Phone manner and computer literacy are essential. The role involves using a diary software and communications software. Attention to detail is paramount as well as being able to organise and manage clients and bookings efficiently.

The role will involve a 4-5 day work week consisting of 9 hour days (lunch break included) 8.30am - 5.30pm when you will be working from our Beckenham office.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 5 year employment history working in an office answering calls, emails and managing schedules using computer software.
* Computer Literacy most of the work will be on computer, speed and literacy and essential.
* Proactive Approach you will be expected to take on new tasks (see below) and keep busy through quieter periods by proactively identifying business needs and assisting in fulfilling them.

You will also undertake training to (if you have experience already this is a bonus):

* understand typical plumbing and heating job types to be able to give customers pricing and simple information.
* book keeping/entry.
* running social media business pages.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
