The Role: Children's Home Manager
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Children's Home Manager to take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential children's home. This is an exceptional opportunity for a values-driven professional who is committed to safeguarding and transforming the lives of vulnerable young people.
As the Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home operates in full compliance with all relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements while providing strong leadership to a team of care professionals.
