This role will involve:
* General administrative duties including typing letters, report writing, minute taking, and data recording/collection.
* Taking phone calls from patients and professionals within and outside of the Trust.
* Handling and processing general enquiries into the service.
* Entering and processing clinical information using a variety of software programs and electronic health record systems.
* Liaising with patients to book clinic appointments.
* Providing reception services to visitors when needed.

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a young service (established 2021) as it continues to develop and expand. The service's operational hours are Monday to Friday 9 am–5 pm. Precise working hours are flexible and can be negotiated, although the ability to work at least part of the day on a Monday and a Friday is an essential requirement.
