The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic management and long-term stewardship of a complex, multi-sector property portfolio.
You will bring a strong technical surveying background alongside proven experience in asset leadership, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a confident, commercially minded professional who can operate autonomously while influencing at senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the UK asset management function across a diverse portfolio
Provide strategic insight to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities and long-term priorities
Drive best practice in asset management strategy, governance, and reporting
Portfolio Management
Oversee inspections, maintenance, and improvement programmes
Ensure high standards of compliance, condition, and risk management across all assets
Manage refurbishment and capital works programmes to deliver quality and value
Programme & Project Delivery
Lead complex, multi-site programmes across the UK
Manage external consultants, surveyors, and contractors, ensuring accountability and performance
