Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper supervisor to join our team. Duties To work close with Head housekeeper to ensure all rooms are cleaned to required standard, to complete room checks after housekeepers have cleaned rooms, Complete all Housekeeping admin/ordering in the absence of the Head Housekeeper Compile weekly/monthly rotas in the absence of the Head Housekeeper Perform cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, to follow cleaning schedule Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain an appealing environment. To cover Head housekeeper when off, this is to open the shift and to complete all tasks sheets for the housekeeping team. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, ensuring they are stocked as needed. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. Requirements Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
