Private Sector Housing Officer (Enforcement) Surrey Local Authority £45-£50 per hour Initial 3-Month Contract (Very High Chance of Extension) Hybrid Working We're partnering with a Surrey-based Local Authority that is significantly strengthening its Private Sector Housing and Enforcement team as demand across the service continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join a busy, high-performing team dealing with complex and meaningful enforcement work across the borough. The Role You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload across the Private Rented Sector, with a particular focus on enforcement, compliance, and driving up housing standards.
