Job Description:
Culina Logistics has a new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team. The Customer Service Administrator will support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment, providing a professional and dedicated service.
Salary: £26,035.50 per annum.
Working hours: Various daytime shifts, 06:00 - 18:00
Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:
* Answering calls for both internal and external personnel.
* Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments.
* Meeting customer and client expectations.
* Resolving customer and client queries.
* Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting.
* Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus.
* Providing various reports for clients in a timely manner.
* Checking PODs have cleared on the system, investigating and clearing unallocated PODs.
* Chasing outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc.
* Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
* Performing other administrative tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
* Flexibility is essential as shift patterns may change based on business needs.
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good geographical knowledge.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* SAP experience.
* Excellent communication skills for delivering accurate information.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Conscientious, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
