Project Coordinator – Warehouse Automation UK Home-Based EMEA Travel (approx. 1 week per month) £36,000 – £42,000 We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a growing automation business supporting the delivery of warehouse automation projects across the UK and EMEA. This Project Coordinator role will support project managers and engineering teams to ensure automation projects stay organised, on schedule, and aligned with customer expectations. Working in a technically driven environment, the Project Coordinator will play an important role in keeping project documentation, reporting, and communication running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Support the delivery of automation and warehouse equipment projects • Track project schedules using MS Project or Smartsheet • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Produce weekly reports and project updates • Track actions and coordinate between internal teams and stakeholders • Assist with planning and coordination for EMEA customer site visits What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or project support role • Experience working in engineering, industrial, or automation environments • Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills • Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project / Smartsheet preferred) • Willingness to travel across EMEA when required Why Apply?
