You will utilise these to provide a holistic education for students aged 11-16: Dual Learning Environments: Delivering academic support in a classroom setting and lead-instructing outdoor sessions including bushcraft, orienteering, and team sports. SEMH Focus: Using outdoor challenges to help students develop emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. Curriculum Planning: Designing engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of learners with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.
