The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands‑on experience across multiple DLT platforms, smart contract development, and cloud‑native engineering, with a strong foundation in security and digital asset architectures.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

* Design and deliver blockchain‑based solutions for regulated industries such as banking, Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs), and fintech.
* Architect and implement distributed ledger solutions using both public and private blockchain frameworks.
* Lead end‑to‑end smart contract development, testing, and deployment.
* Develop and integrate tokenization frameworks, including fungible, non‑fungible (NFT), and hybrid digital assets.
* Design and implement secure digital asset custody and wallet architectures.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant DLT‑based applications.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Your Skills:

* 15+ years of experience in software technology with significant exposure to blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) solutions, along with a proven track record of building blockchain applications in regulated environments such as banks, FMIs, and fintechs.
* Strong knowledge of both public and private DLT ecosystems with hands‑on experience in Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, and Corda, and familiarity with relevant blockchain standards and protocols.
* Proficiency in Solidity with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts.
* Expertise in digital asset and custody architecture including custody solutions, wallet architectures, Multi‑Party Computation (MPC), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and wallet policy engines.
* Strong understanding of tokenization including fungible tokens, non‑fungible tokens (NFTs), and hybrid assets, along with experience in stablecoin design and integration.
* Proficiency in cloud‑native engineering across Azure, AWS, and GCP with experience in containers, Kubernetes, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
* Strong foundation in security and privacy including key management, cryptographic principles, secure enclaves, HSM concepts, data protection patterns, selective disclosure techniques, and zero‑knowledge (ZK) concepts.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in complex, regulated environments, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience working in cross‑functional and global teams.
