The Sinclair Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Temporary Vehicle Sales Administrator, based at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Swansea

Job Title: Vehicle Sales Administrator

Location: Jaguar Land Rover Swansea

Contract Type: Temporary to cover maternity leave / Full-time

Hours of work: 40 hours a week working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Position Pays: £27,800 per annum

The Opportunity:

As a Temporary Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering an efficient and accurate administrative support function for our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Swansea. We have recently relocated to our brand-new, state-of-the-art site at Heron Drive, where we are committed to providing a modern luxury experience for every client.

You will help ensure that each customer receives exceptional service from the moment they place their vehicle order through to the point of delivery.

Although this is a temporary role, it may lead to further opportunities within the Sinclair Group.

You will be responsible for:

1. Updating status reports daily
2. Taxing and invoicing new and used vehicles
3. Processing new vehicle invoices/credits on a daily basis.
4. Performing ad hoc general administrative duties.
5. Maintaining strong communication and teamwork with the retail sales team.
6. Ensuring timely and accurate flow of information to relevant colleagues
7. Delivering excellent customer service and presenting yourself professionally when handling customer and administrative enquiries.

Key requirements for the role:

8. Previous administration experience is essential and experience of working within fleet administration would be an advantage
9. Computer Literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
10. Kerridge /ADP experience would be advantageous
11. Confident communication skills
12. Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
13. Ability to work successfully as a team player with a thorough approach to work
