Are you a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in your career? This is a standout opportunity to join a well-established Tier 1 groundworks and civil engineering contractor. You will take ownership of major groundwork and civil engineering packages throughout the West Midlands.
The Role
* Oversee commercial management of multiple groundworks and civil engineering projects (typically £5m-£15m)
* Lead procurement, valuations, change control, CVRs, and final accounts
* Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
* Provide support and mentoring to junior QS staff
* Work closely with Senior Leadership Team / Board
What Were Looking For
* Minimum 5-10 years experience in quantity surveying, ideally in groundworks or civil engineering
* Excellent commercial acumen with strong contractual knowledge
* Capable of managing projects independently from start to finish
* Forward-thinking and eager to take on leadership responsibility
* Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Tier 1 or principal contractor experience
