We are looking for an all round Multi Trader work is in the Hastings area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M and E), services to our clients at a high quality standard.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high:quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

up to GBP36000 P./A Van and Fuel
Monthly bonus of up to GBP250 per month performance based
