We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team in Buckingham. Our practice consists of a dynamic group, including the practice owner and head vet, one full-time and one part-time vet, a practice manager, a head nurse, one registered veterinary nurse, three veterinary care assistants, and three receptionists.
The Role:
* Full-time or part-time opportunities available, tailored to suit your needs.
* No out-of-hours (OOH) work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
* Flexible scheduling for days off, start, and finish times.
* Weekend rota ideally 1 in 3 Saturdays (8 am 6 pm), open to discussion.
* A balanced mix of consultations and surgical procedures, with time to build client relationships and develop cases.
