We are recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager working in our Major Projects division, which is a growing part of our business offering EPC solutions on some of the most exciting projects globally.

Your Purpose:
* Excellent communication skills and motivation to work in a dynamic, diverse project environment.
* Eager to tackle new challenges, learn, and support multi-disciplinary teams.
* Experience leading EPC projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas).
* Proven track record managing large engineering projects worth millions, with necessary controls and reporting.
* Ability to motivate teams, handle conflict, and foster a collaborative culture to meet client needs.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work.
