Associate Lecturer, Nail Technology, Hourly Paid, Thurrock Campus (Approximately 15 hours per week) We are looking for an Associate Lecturer to teach our Student Nail Technicians. If you would like to join our Beauty team at Thurrock Campus we welcome your application. You would be expected to deliver high quality sessions to enable learners to achieve their nail technician qualification and be industry ready. To ensure both theory and practical sessions meet the requirements of both the college and the awarding organisation. Assess learner work ensuring that feedback is differentiated and developmental. Track learner work on college systems in a timely fashion. Support student behaviour and attendance by holding any appropriate intervention meetings. Take part in college and personal CPD ensuring professional standards are maintained. Must hold relevant nail qualification. Excellent communication skills required.
