This pivotal position involves shaping and delivering strategic communications for major organisational change programmes, ensuring smooth stakeholder engagement and fostering confidence during transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of communication strategies for large-scale change projects, including technology upgrades, operational shifts, and restructuring.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to craft core messages, set engagement objectives, and develop communication plans that evolve with project needs.
* Create clear, accessible content for diverse audiences across regions, including programme updates, leadership briefings, FAQs, and presentations.
* Provide expert advice on managing stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns, and overcoming resistance throughout change processes.
* Oversee engagement activities such as town halls, workshops, and intranet communications, partnering closely with internal teams to maximise outreach.
* Analyse feedback and data to evaluate communication effectiveness, applying insights to refine approaches and improve impact.
* Develop tools like messaging guides, toolkits, and training materials to promote consistent messaging across local offices and teams.
Experience required
* Proven experience leading internal communications within large or complex organisations during significant change initiatives.
* Skilled in translating technical or strategic concepts into compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and provide strategic communication counsel in sensitive or high-impact scenarios.
* Expertise in designing multi-channel campaigns, segmenting audiences, and achieving measurable results.
