Legal & General are recruiting! Join our dynamic Group Finance, Change & Delivery team as a PMO Analyst on a 12 month fixed-term contract. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our PMO Leadership Team, ensuring effective governance and processes for our projects and changes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with the development, implementation, and embedding of governance and processes for agreed projects and changes
* Tracking and reporting project spend and investment approvals
* Ensuring the delivery status of projects is accurately represented
* Implementing and maintaining controls across the project portfolio
* Delivering effective analysis of data to identify themes and areas for improvement
* Gathering information to produce clear, consistent MI for Senior Management meetings
* Working closely with stakeholders on resource, supply, and demand processes
* Leading process improvements and cost reduction efforts
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience working within an embedded PMO
* Familiarity with project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
* Strong analytical skills with exposure to financial activities
* Excellent organisational skills with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders
* Proactive approach to reviewing and improving existing processes
* P3O or equivalent Change Management qualification preferred but not essential
