We're hiring for a Product Support Specialist on behalf of a respected British manufacturer with over 40 years of experience supplying the NHS, trade professionals, and individuals with innovative mobility solutions. With a modern manufacturing site in Kent, this company is known for premium quality equipment and customisation that puts inclusivity and user needs first.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, your day-to-day will involve:
* Supporting existing accounts across the region and identifying new opportunities to promote a premium range of bespoke mobility products.
* Attending assessments, clinics, exhibitions, and auditing customer loan stock.
* Providing exceptional service while looking for opportunities to add value and grow the brand presence.
* Collaborating with occupational therapists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience in Technical Product Support within a comparable or related industry.
* A natural problem-solver with a positive, empathetic approach to customer relationships.
* A strong commitment to customer service and a genuine interest in helping others.
* Based within or near the region stated above and willing to travel-a full UK driving licence is essential (you'll be provided with a Vivaro or similar van).

* £35,000-£50,000 per year - the lower figure reflects the base salary, the upper end reflects realistic bonus potential based on current team performance.
