We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ads Comment Moderator to manage comments, messages, and overall maintenance across our social media ads and pages.
Your role will include replying to comments under ads, answering private messages from customers, moderating and cleaning posts (removing duplicate questions or outdated comments), and responding to review platforms when needed.
All replies must follow our internal guidelines, tone of voice, and response frameworks.
You will also be expected to analyze posts regularly, identify recurring questions, maintain a clean and professional comment section, and write clear, engaging, and well-structured responses (basic copywriting skills required).
Clear communication is essential, as all instructions and daily coordination will be handled through Slack.
We are looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working with structured processes and moderation rules. This is a long-term collaboration with consistent daily tasks.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
