Partner with Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into focused, deliverable item
* s.Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable microservices following DevOps and Agile principle
* s.Take ownership of end-to-end delivery — from design to deploymen
* t.Provide rapid production support, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solution
* s.Act as a trusted technical advisor for platform users, resolving queries and removing blockers efficientl
* y.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous platform evolutio
* n.Proactively address technical debt, and uphold security and vulnerability standard

What We’re Looking F
* or:
8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or
* SRE.Strong understanding of modern microservice architectures, HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gatew
* ays.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Cloj
* ure.Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Influ
* xDB.Proven ability to manage critical production incidents under press
* ure.Strong communication skills and experience working with geographically distributed te
* ams.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvem
ent.
