This is a role with real impact. You’ll manage complex and sensitive situations, execute warrants, and address persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. As a trusted representative of Marston Holdings, you’ll use sound judgement, handle a wide range of interactions, and maintain consistently high standards. What You’ll Do Carry out enforcement activity, including executing Liability Orders. Make in‑person visits, assess circumstances, and secure payments or recover goods. Manage a varied caseload, using investigative skills to locate individuals, with a strong focus on persistent evaders and high‑priority cases. Identify non‑compliance or evasion tactics and respond with proactive, evidence‑led solutions. When needed, lead sensitive conversations - including with vulnerable people - using empathy, professionalism, and calm conflict resolution. Maintain accurate records, manage payments, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements. Work flexibly, including early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends, with travel and overnight stays where required. What We’re Looking For You’ll represent our organisation with sound judgement and a commitment to delivering a fair and consistent service - supported by a full 12 week training programme to help you manage complex and sensitive situations confidently.
