We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide dedicated support to a Director within a fast‑paced purpose-led charity. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior Director
Coordinate and prepare documentation for Board and senior leadership meetings
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise internal and external meetings
Process invoices, manage basic financial administration, and support procurement tasks
Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence
Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Liaise professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners
We are looking for someone who is:
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing diaries and senior-level communication
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office and general administrative systems
Able to work independently and take initiative
A positive team player with excellent communication skills
