About the Role

Join our dynamic Resorts leadership team as a key player in ensuring our facilities shine! In this role, you will manage both internal teams and external service providers, overseeing everything from entertainment venues and pools to restaurants, rides, and landscaped areas.

Your mission? To deliver prompt, efficient, and high-quality service while ensuring compliance with all current statutory legislation. You’ll actively seek out opportunities to implement processes and procedures that enhance our operations.

As a champion for your team’s fulfillment, you’ll conduct regular one-on-ones and personal development plan discussions to support their growth and career aspirations at Butlin’s. You’ll also manage your budget closely, driving your team to meet KPIs based on sales and costs, while regularly reviewing performance to identify opportunities and risks. Collaboration with our Operational Teams will be essential to project guest demand and team requirements effectively.

About You

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head of Facilities or Senior Facilities Manager with a robust operational background in hard facilities management across various specialisms. Your credible experience in a similar M&E infrastructure environment will be invaluable as you lead large teams in the bustling atmosphere of our resort.

With the ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team—even during peak times—you’ll manage multiple priorities and adapt swiftly to changing demands. Whether working with permanent staff or contractors, your focus will be on delivering exceptional standards.

Your strong leadership skills will inspire your team to achieve amazing results for both our guests and fellow team members every single day.
