As a Registered Care Home Manager, You Will
* Develop and sustain the care home, leading your team to deliver high standards of care.
* Build effective relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
* Manage a 40+ bedded home specialising in Dementia and General Nursing care.
* Oversee the commissioning of newly opened care homes.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a person-centred care environment.
