The Role:
We're looking for a strategic, hungry, and high-impact commercial leader to own and scale our revenue engine - across SaaS and enterprise as we reshape how companies connect and convert in the virtual world.
This isn't your typical top-heavy CRO role. We want a builder, not a bureaucrat - someone with 10+ years' experience in SaaS and GTM leadership, but still hungry to push further, move faster, and leave their mark. You'll be the architect of Jugo's go-to-market engine and a cultural force within the company.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Revenue Leadership:
* Design and execute the go-to-market strategy across self-serve SaaS and managed services
* Own revenue planning, pricing, ICP development, and segmentation strategy
* Champion the performance layer message across verticals and regions
* Align cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, success, creative) to drive pipeline and outcomes
Sales, Success & Growth Motion:
* Build a scalable sales engine - from founder-led deals to team-driven scale
* Own outbound strategy, channel plays, partner models, and advocate co-sell loops
* Drive high-conversion journeys that turn demos into deals and meetings into momentum
* Oversee Customer Success and Account Management - ensuring seamless onboarding, high adoption, retention, and account expansion
* Define customer lifecycle playbooks, success KPIs, and expansion strategies
Market Expansion:
* Identify breakout opportunities across UK, US, and high-value EMEA markets
* Launch focused plays in industries where confidence and brand delivery are mission-critical
* Shape narratives that position Jugo as essential, not optional
Insight & Performance:
* Work closely with RevOps to build real-time revenue dashboards and forecasts
* Measure everything - from CAC, LTV, and funnel velocity to account health and expansion
* Use data to double down on what works - and kill what doesn't fast
Culture & Team Leadership:
* Build and lead a high-performing commercial squad across:
* Sales (AE/BDR/outbound)
* Customer Success & Account Management (onboarding, renewals, growth)
* Partner/Channel (co-sell programs, integrations)
* Foster a high-accountability, high-momentum environment with rapid iteration
* Inspire confidence, clarity, and urgency across internal and external stakeholders
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have 10+ years' experience in GTM or revenue leadership roles in SaaS or growth-stage tech
* Have led multi-functional commercial teams, including Sales and Success
* Know how to scale from £1–5M ARR through to £20M+, ideally across multiple regions
* Can build the playbook - not just run one
* Are commercially sharp, execution-first, and comfortable with imperfect but fast progress
* Bring strong instincts in pricing, packaging, sales design, and customer expansion
* Are confident in a player-coach mode - leading by doing, not just delegating
* Think in loops - not funnels - and see customer value as a continuous journey
What Success Looks Like:
* Jugo's SaaS and managed service revenue is growing consistently month over month
* Sales, marketing, product, and customer success operate in a unified, performance-driven rhythm
* High NRR and account growth is being driven by strategic expansion and strong success execution
* The GTM machine is active, adaptive, and scalable - across at least 2 major markets
* Jugo is seen as the performance layer - not just another meeting platform
* You're viewed as the architect of breakout growth, internally and externally
