The role |
As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, support shift operations, and drive performance.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labour, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
* Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
