Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established, precision engineering company in Harlow who are looking to add a skilled CNC Turner to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mazak turner who wants top-end rates, long-term stability, and the choice of day or night shift. The Role: * Setting, operating, and programming Mazak CNC lathes * Working on Quick Turn & Nexus machines * Mazatrol programming from the shop floor * Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances * Reading and working from engineering drawings * Inspecting own work using micrometers, verniers, and gauges Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Turner * Strong knowledge of Mazak lathes (Quick Turn / Nexus) * Confident with Mazatrol programming * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * High attention to detail and quality What’s on Offer: * Pay over the odds for the right candidate * Day shift or night shift available (your choice) * Secure, long-term position * Modern, clean workshop environment * Overtime available
