We are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in an Emergency Discharge Team in Bury Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role.
AP required for EDT. Must have EDT experience but does not need to be AMPH qualified.

* Monday 16:45 – 08:45
* Tuesday 16:45 – 08:45
* Week 2
* Friday 16:45 – 07:00
* Saturday 19:00 – 01:00
* Sunday 19:00 – 08:45
* Week 3
* Wed 16:45 – 00:45
* Thurs 16:45 – 08:45
* Sat 07:00 – 19:00
* Sunday 07:00 – 19:00
2 out of 3 weekends working on a rolling pattern.
