Role Description
This is an on-site volunteer role located in Staines‑Upon‑Thames. As Chair‑Designate, you will play a crucial part in guiding and overseeing the governance of the organization. Responsibilities include chairing meetings, collaborating with staff and trustees to ensure effective organizational strategy, acting as an ambassador for Home‑Start Spelthorne, and fostering partnerships with local stakeholders. You will gradually transition to the primary leadership role within the board, ensuring continuity and sustainability in the charity's efforts to support families in need.
