Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Being a first point of call for customer enquiries
* Answering the telephone and transferring calls
* Taking messages
* Dealing with email correspondence
* Updating records
* Booking meeting rooms
* Taking maintenance requests
* Opening and distributing the post
Key Skills / Experience
* Previous Receptionist/Administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Accurate data entry skills with good attention to detail
