Great Oaks School is looking for an experienced SEND teacher or Primary Practitioner to join as Thematic Curriculum and Assessment Lead.
As a lead you will design and deliver curriculum, support colleagues, model best practice, and maintain a teaching commitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement thematic curriculum and assessment across the school.
* Provide leadership and support to teaching staff.
* Model excellent practice in the classroom.
* Maintain a teaching commitment keeping you connected to the classroom.
Key Qualifications & Experience
* Significant experience as a SEND teacher or Primary Practitioner.
* Proven impact as a whole‑school subject leader.
* Passion for curriculum development and working with pupils with complex needs.
Benefits & Salary
Teacher Main Scale (including UPS) + SEN Allowance + TLR 2 (£5,000).
