Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) – Stoke-on-Trent Vision for Education are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to support children across nurseries and early years settings in the Stoke-on-Trent area. About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: Support children within nursery and early years settings in line with the EYFS framework Work closely with room leaders and early years staff to create a safe, engaging environment Provide one-to-one and small-group support to aid development and learning Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social development Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met This role offers flexibility, with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
