Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement. Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to enhance pupil development. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners. Requirements for Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting. Excellent classroom management, organisational, and communication skills. A creative, adaptable, and engaging approach to teaching. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
