You will be required to work 21 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.
Duties will cover a range of general and administrative tasks, whilst providing cover for Irish Street reception. This postholder will be expected to be a good team player, adaptable and experienced in working with the public and working to tight deadlines. This postholder will be aware of, and able to maintain, confidentiality, and be prepared to provide support to our Social Work teams across the region. Working days will be Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am –5pm.
You must be educated to credit standard grade/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a related subject and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy. Good organisational and interpersonal skills, along with moderate office experience and knowledge of computer-based information systems, are essential. ECDL would be desirable.
